You and EventSpace agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy (“Dispute”) arising out of or relating to your use of our website, services, or these Terms will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration, rather than in court.

A single neutral arbitrator will conduct the proceeding in San Diego County, California, unless both parties agree otherwise.
For claims under $10,000, either party may request arbitration to be conducted solely by written submissions or telephone hearing.

The arbitrator’s decision is final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
h. Opt-Out Option

Your notice must include your name, contact information, and a statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration.
i. Severability
If any part of this arbitration provision is found unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in effect, except for the Class Action Waiver, which if invalidated, voids the entire arbitration section.
