This Privacy Policy explains how EventSpace collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you use evntspce.com and any related account, event listing, ticketing, checkout, contact, marketing, analytics, and support features that link to this Privacy Policy (the “Services”).
This Privacy Policy is designed for users in the United States. Certain state privacy law sections apply only where those laws apply to EventSpace and to the applicable user. Additional or supplemental notices may apply to particular features, promotions, jurisdictions, or third-party services.

1. Summary of Our Role

EventSpace operates an event discovery, promotion, listing, and ticketing platform. Users may browse events, create accounts, save or receive reminders for events, submit contact forms, create event listings, promote events, and register for or purchase tickets.
Event organizers are independent third parties. When you register for or purchase tickets to an organizer’s event, we may share relevant attendee, order, and contact information with that organizer so the organizer can manage the event. Organizers may have their own privacy policies and legal obligations.

2. Personal Information We Collect

We may collect the categories of personal information below, depending on how you use the Services:
Account and contact information: name, email address, phone number, password or authentication credentials, account preferences, organizer profile information, and contact form details.
Organizer and event listing information: event title, description, category, date, time, venue, city, price, ticket quantity, images, logos, organizer name, organization name, website, social links, promotional details, and similar listing content.
Ticketing, cart, and transaction information: event registrations, ticket orders, cart activity, order history, checkout details, billing details, service fees, refund requests, chargebacks, and payment status. Full payment card information is generally processed by third-party payment processors rather than stored by EventSpace.
User content and communications: messages, support requests, reviews, ratings, comments, uploaded images, feedback, blog interactions, and other content you submit.
Device, usage, and analytics information: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, search filters, clicks, timestamps, approximate location inferred from IP address, session identifiers, cookie identifiers, and similar technical information.
Location-related information: city, event location, search location, approximate location from IP address, and, if later enabled and permitted by your device settings, more precise location information.
Marketing and preference information: email preferences, event categories of interest, saved events, reminders, communication preferences, and interactions with marketing messages.
Information from third parties: payment processors, analytics providers, advertising partners, social media platforms, organizers, attendees, fraud-prevention services, and publicly available sources, where permitted.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights. Some requests may be limited or denied where law permits, such as when we need information to complete transactions, provide tickets, maintain security, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, retain records, or protect rights.
